Officials warn about summer bugs
The Georgia Department of Public Health recommends the use of EPA-registered insect repellents containing DEET or Picaridin, IR3535 or Oil of Lemon Eucalyptus. Put on sunscreen first, then the bug spray, experts say. Light-colored clothing and long sleeves and pants also help keep the pests way.
Don’t let the likes of mosquitoes and ticks ruin your special day. Enjoy the outdoors, have fun and create memories that you will cherish forever.
